SawyerK with the Ptolemaic army defeated Wellsonian with the Spartans by 32 to 62. Both participants have completed other matches in the interim so I think Wellsonian will get the Rholoxani army while I get the Etruscans but I would like Kronenblatt to confirm.

Entirely correct: good! Updated in first post (and second as well): you climb to 7th place and Wellsonian falls to 14th, while you (as you said) receive the Etruscans he had when you concluded the game, and he gets your Rhoxolani.

To everyone
  • When you challenge another player, please always do it the formal way, through writing a post in this thread.
  • If you, as challenger, want to increase the likelihood of getting a reply or speeding up the process, you may also want to consider writing a PM (or a Steam/Discord/Slack chat) to the challenged player.
  • You, as challenged player, however always reply to the challenger's post in this thread using REPLY WITH QUOTE, and not only to the PM/chat.
    • Answering the PM/chat is fine, of course, but the challenged player's formal response to the challenge shall always be made as a reply in the Slitherine forum thread (for me and everyone to know whether a game is on or not).
Just wanted to remind you all of that. Hasn't really been a problem, but would want it to stay that way. :)

So keep up the good and friendly challenging and fighting spirit. Thanks!

Ah, that explains it... Playing as Roman is then in your blood and comes naturally for you. (Well, I'm half Hungarian, so the Magyar army would suit me, but only to 50%... 8) )

Thanks: first and second posts updated.

Yes I am fine with them. I just have one question : to have an ally as a challenger, the allied army list must cover the year 300 BC or cover a part of the IIIrd century BC ?

The time period of the ally must cover the year 300 BC. So 320-280 BC is ok, whereas 320-301 BC isn't.

My closest game yet, only survived through the good fortune of multiple rallies and units returning to the map.
