Cannot navigate settings menu?

Cannot navigate settings menu?

While I can still navigate the 'Start' menu, if I attempt to navigate the 'Settings' menu I am unable to click on any sub-menu or setting without it just closing the 'Settings' menu? I've uninstalled the game, deleted all game files, and reinstalled. I've attempted to run it in window mode (as opposed to full-screen) and nothing works.

Any ideas?

Really appreciate the prompt response :p

FYI the fix is to hold the CTRL key while pressing the any option in the menu and it will magically start working again.
