Problem Assigning Heros

Problem Assigning Heros

I click on the little "i" icon for Unit Details.
I select "Heroes" on the left.
I click "Assign Hero"
I select a Hero and he shows up and appears to be assigned.

I click the right Arrow to cycle to the next unit, and do the same process.
When i finish and cycle back through my units using the Arrows i find that only a few of them actually got the Hero assigned.
Bug?
