Cant save a game! Pls help

Hello, i cant save the game. I looked here for a solution but didnt find something.
Also i tried to attach (add files) my dxdiag.txt but i cant load it up
Can you help?

if you install the game as admin and run the game as admin it will or should setup the correct file permissions to run, other than that, it might not if you run a 3rd party poor app or programs that stop the game processess

I bought it over STEAM. Is it possible that i can start it possible i can start it indepently from staem-plattform?

When i try to add my dxdiagn.txt it show on my screen "invalid file exentension"

if you have read the guide, it explained that

We prefer that DxDiag files be posted as message attachments rather than pasted into the body of the post.

once the report has been made, just zip the file then attach it to your post as it's a Txt file which is then not permitted to attach to the forum, where as a zip file is

please try again and follow the instructions

try to update the sound drivers and unplug any not needed USB devices and try again in safe mode and see if that works, then if if does, load the log file
