cannot get any of the Spanish CW, 1939 or 1940 DLCs to appear in new game menu

Hi,

I download PC2. I did the install and extraction for PC2 and activated PC2, PC upgrade 1939 DLC 1940 DLC with their serial numbers. I checked updates and found that the original PC2 download needed to be updated to version 1.14.

After doing the tutorial, I bought the Spanish CW today, then downloaded and activated its serial number. When I hit next after activating the serial number it stated it was installing PC2 without any zip file or extraction. It then stated that it had installed the 1.14 version of PC2. Went to the new game menu and did not see the three DLCs.

I then went to "My page" and downloaded the 1940 DLC when I clicked on "file download" and got the same result as I did when doing the Spanish CW: When I hit next after activating the serial number it stated it was installing PC2 without any zip file or extraction. It then stated that it had installed the 1.14 version of PC2. Went back to the new game menu and did not see the three DLCs.

I tried contacting support/help desk and was not able to get the e-mail screen either by clicking "e-mail" from my page or clicking on the contact support link. A screen would flash in hundredths of seconds and disappear. It maybe because of the time of night.

I saw a previous topic for 1940 loading problems, but it did not appear to apply since it only addressed 1940 and / or older versions of thw game prior to the 1.14 version.

Any suggestions???

Hi again,

Just after posting my initial post, I found the what's new file that stated that the DLCs are on the main menu in the version 1.14 update and noticed that I am on the 1.15 update.

However, my NEW Problem is that when I click on any of the DLCs. Nothing happens. I restarted the computer and they still did nothing when I clicked on them. Any suggestions??

Hi,

The devs are still on holiday so no ones available to help at the moment but to get the ball rolling ..

When you say you're clicking on the DLC's .. are you clicking on the badges on the bottom right of the main menu screen and expecting something to happen? If so .. they're just badges so people know what is available and what they've installed. The DLC is actually integrated into the main game so if you look in the campaign menu you'll see the individual DLC campaigns. That is where you access them.

I am adding my name to this plea. I've uninstalled PC2. Re-downloaded the various DLCs (I bought PC2, the general upgrade then 39-40 + SCW) and I had also run the 1.15 and the basic game remains. I did not use Steam and bought the game + DLCs direct from Slitherine.

Bottom line: game now back to 1.10 and no new campaigns show! At wits' end as spent a couple of hrs on this. Thanks.
