DLCs not Working for Panzer Corps Gold on Steam

I've bought Panzer Corps along with the Afrika Korps DLC back when you could buy individual DLCs and have decided to buy Panzer Corps Gold to get the rest of the DLCs. Now I can only play the main campaign, when I start the game and try to play any of the DLC campaigns it tells me to purchase and install the DLCs. Steam says I own all of the DLCs and that they are installed. I've uninstalled the game twice and am still getting the same result. I've bought everything through Steam. Any support would be greatly appreciated.

You have to enter the Auth Code for each DLC/Campaign.
For PzC1 Gold that means entering your Gold Auth Code ~13 times to play all the content.
Yes, enter the exact same Code for each one.
This is for Steam, the Slitherline Gold install, authorizes all the content in one shot/

How and where do I have to fill in this auth code? And where can I find my auth code? I simply bought it through Steam, so that normally handles everything for me.
