When do Axis minors enter?

When do Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary enter on Axis side? Does anything speed this up?

Entry date = +/- 1-turn wrt/expected. The following information is from the BJR mod; however, I believe the Axis minor entry dates apply to the vanilla game as well.

I took the question to mean does any game event change entry. Short of a DOW then the answer is no.

However; if want any of these countries to enter earlier then you could modify the scenario files (e.g., 1939.data) using the editor and select any entry date you'd like.

By the way, wouldn't changing the "RANDOM WAR ENTRY" from 1 to a very large number mean that a country could enter on the 1st turn of the game or never enter the game? And wouldn't this apply to all countries not at war at the beginning of the game including Italy, USA, Russia?

If you change to a very large number this parameter (RAMDOM WAR ENTRY) you will find games with USSR at war on september 1939, with no USA entry at war, etc.
