Install folders

Got the free prolog, enjoyed the game so purchased the main game. I've now got two installations, one for the prolog the other for the main. Should there only be one FG2 folder and have I screwed up. Can I copy the scenario data from the prolog install to main?

You can copy over saves freely, yes. but we need two folders to not confuse our game data :)

Thanks, however that does not really answer the question. I'll rephase it. Can I run the prolog scenario from the invasion install?
