who can help me with Red Star, Steel and Storm

I just bought the three Soviet game and can't get them to run or even show up on my Order of Battle start map. Am I missing a step to make them work? I down loaded them and unzipped but still nothing. What do I need to do yet to play these? I have a few others that do work but for some reason these do not. It has been a while since I bought any new additions to this series so I may have forgotten what the next or correct step is. Could use a little help. Thanks

Run the 'OoBWWII-MultiUpdateComp-v8.6.5' (you can find it in the Patches folder or download from My Page) and select 'Activate DLC'.
