You either need to find a hosting website or post on the matrixgames forum like I do at:
http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tt.asp?forumid=458
then link to there from here since that forum provides image hosting capabilities built in.

Peronsally, I just use photobucket.

Photobucket has worked like a charm for me. The free account gives you 1-GB and 10,000 pictures of storage.

To post a picture I upload it to my photobucket account, get the direct link for the picture and place that link between the "Img" tags.
