I just bought this game, along with the DLCs, and im loving it so far. One question I have, and I cant seem to find an answer, is if there is any way to end mission before all turns are used in the spanish civil war campaign? In the general campaign the missions ends if I capture all the objectives before all the turns are used, but this does not seem to be the case in the spanish civil war campaign, which means I more or less just have to wait 4-8 turns on each map before it ends. The AI brings more enemy units but they dont really do much damage once ive taken the objectives.

We tried to experiment with this, and with other timer changes, but it just doesn't place nicely with how some of the Spanish Civil War bonus objectives have been set up.
You can use a cheat to instantly end the mission, but this affects achievements and also might cause you to miss out on Commendation Points that only award at the assigned mission end.
So for now, I'm afraid you're playing a bit too well for the scenarios to handle.
But the following DLC are trying to learn from this problem, and are aiming to have more scenarios like Bilbao.
That is, where the primary objective will instantly end the scenario upon completion, and it warns you that you need to complete bonus stuff beforehand, or you might miss out.

Good to know, I was afraid I somehow missed something. Coming from Unity of Command 1 & 2, which heavily incentivizes you to rush objectives, I was still in this mindset when trying the spanish civil war. Guess I can take my sweet time then, and be more cautious, and maybe lose less tanks!

Generous turn limits is indeed a running theme of Panzer Corps 2. A considerable amount of effort was taken to make the player feel like they are fighting an enemy, instead of a clock.hawaki wrote: ↑Sun Nov 29, 2020 10:37 am Thanks for the reply

in the dlC spanish war in PC2 , there is no more the option to get unlimited turns. is it normal?

I believe it is intentional, many scenarios have a 'Hold at End' Victory condition, unlimited turns messes this up.
It may change if the game figures out how to handle it, but it is unlikely they would modify SCW in any case.
There comes a time on every project when it is time to shoot the engineer and ship the damn thing.

--> i understand that there could be such objectives but why not the option of unlimited turns for the others scenarios?
In the end of the campaign, there are only massive attcks scenario and the player has to rush to make it . And for me who like to take my time ,it was horrible !
