Can't Log-in New Account

Hi, I tried setting up a new account so I could purchase Shadow Empire ahead of its steam launch. However, every time I try to log in on either the slitherine or matrix games sites the login page refreshes but doesn't take me to my account page or actually log me in. I have verified my account exists as I am able to reset my password and view my merged accounts. Currently, the only way I'm able to purchase anything is as a guest and I'm hesitant to do so if I can't register it to my account.

try a different browser, one which saves the cookies

google chrome works well, as some pop up blockers or 3rd party AV's can stop the process from working or poor browsers etc

Tried that, have the same issue. Funny thing is I'm using chrome as my main browser and I'm not seeing any pop blocker notifications either.

well out of the X number of people using the site, the only ones who have issues, are the ones who use 3rd party apps or programs or poor AV's who have issues, without knowing your set up, it's hard to say what to turn off etc

You can purchase as a guest. You can always register the game later once we we've fixed your account issue.

Thank you both. Turned out support had to fix an issue from there end and I'm all set now. I much appreciate the help.
