Co-Op Games vs Computer broken by latest update?

My friend and I like playing 2 humans vs. the computer.

With this latest patch, something appears to be very wrong in a 4000 pt match (8000 pts per side). The Cylon forces generated against us are not only overwhelming, but they are using ship types not available in the DLCs we have selected.

Did something break?
