Eldar CTD During Play

Playing Craftworld Eldar on the latest version (1.07.01), the attached save game always crashes to desktop after hitting "End Turn" during the enemy movement, before the player turn comes back around again.

I'm having the same issue, although mine seems to be tied to the defeat of an enemy AI.

The file folder is in my security software exceptions list, so that should not be the issue.

I've updated my drivers and done everything I can think of.
