Mouse Sensitivity prevents use of Steam game

I have a problem with mouse flickering in STEAM edition of game which does not allow me to play game?
I've tried to attach the DxDiag report as suggested, but your system will not attach it (says incorrect extension but it is a *.txt file?????).
I've also tried to incorporate in message but file is too big for allowed message.

You should be able to attach it by zipping it first.

I am the developer, not tech support, so I do not have access to your email address.

You could contact support@slitherine.co.uk.

However, it would be better if you either attached your DXDiag report here as a .zip file, or simply cut and past the top section of it - as much as will fit.
