No prestige from hero

During Spanish campaign I got a hero which supposed to give 50 prestige per turn. However, I got that prestige only in the first scenario (Ebro) where I got that hero. After that hero doesn't provide any prestige, despite having that ability in its traits list. Is it supposed to be like that or something is wrong?

I presume you are referring to the "Legendary" hero. There is a well-known bug in the game that's been mentioned often on these forums that the Legendary Hero is actually only providing 20 prestige per turn, and the "famous" hero is actually only providing 10 prestige per turn. In Ebro, your AI controlled infantry use your prestige frequently to replace loses, so it is very hard to noticed turn by turn. But others have confirmed it in their own testing already back when only the vanilla campaign was available.

The reason for this error is unknown as is when/if it will be fixed.
