HW v Roman Legionaries

Post by Scrumpy »

As HW does not count against skilled swordsmen, does this mean that armoured Roman legionaries with skilled sword get a + for better armour as well as a + for their skilled sword ?

Cheers

Skilled swordsmen cancels the POA for heavy weapons but it does not stop the heavy weapon from being a heavy weapon.

The armour POA only counts if your opponent doesn't have heavy weapon, not if you have better armour and are negating the heavy weaopn POA.

I was worried I would be on a double minus, thanks for that one Hammy. Time to order some Early Swiss Halberdiers.
