Division C
SLancaster (Roman 197-284 AD) defeated MorkinTheFree (Romano-British 407-599 AD) 61-42.
Morkin fought hard and I am pretty sure he will do well in his other games. A big army and some of the Romano-Brit infantry held for ages and then he got some good flanks off. Thanks for the game.

Division C
oscarius - Jewish Revolt 66-135 AD beat kraff - Kushan 130 BC-476 AD: 70 - 28
A much closer game than the scoreline indicates. Kraff's elephants ended up mixed up with his cataphracts and the disorder allowed my zealots to hang in just long enough to flank his elephants causing a huge chain disrupt.
oscarius - Jewish Revolt 66-135 AD beat SawyerK - Byzantine 551-578 AD 43 - 17
Unable to make much of a dent in my lines, Sawyer spent the last ten turns (sensibly) avoiding combat as I chased him around the map as the points would still have allowed a draw. In the very final turn I managed to score an auto-break that tipped it into a victory for me.

Lydian 687-551 BC
Thracian (Getae) 680-330 BC

Re: Biblical section experiment - can you spare 10 minutes to help?
My picks would be:
Assyrian 681-609 BC
Hebrew 681-586 BC
Lydian 687-551 BC
Egyptian 664-571 BC
Achaemenid Persian 545-481 BC
I was very excited about the new Biblical format, just a bit too slow on the draw to get a spot (I think the last one had just been taken when I checked the forums!). Glad to hear people are enjoying it

Doomben - Bosporan 84 BC-10 AD with Sarmatian 350 BC-24 AD allies defeated Darkwater247 - Samnite 355-272 BC with Gallic 300-101 BC allies 60-34
Darkwater was cruising towards a win when he had one of "those" turns - an unlucky break leading to cascading morale failures across his army.
