Multiplayer kick players

I'm trying to clean the mp list a bit by kicking players in defunct games.
After clicking 'Kick Player' the screen hangs on connecting. (My trusted co-players have been asked to resign, but probably forgotten to do so).

Have anyone else managed to successfully kick any butts lately?

I've got a lot of mp-games going and need to prune the list of inactive games.

I've had a rough time kicking players since day one unfortunately. It comes and goes as a problem with no pattern I can discern. Was able to successfully kick someone just today though.

A bigger problem is all my maps are red now. Vaguely remember this problem mentioned elsewhere but there didn't seem to be a solution for the "map not installed" issue. And the usually-reliable Parreigo has disappeared so even my ongoing games are mostly dead. Hope they're okay.
