Multi-player lobby check . . .
I am looking for challenges that are more than 7 days old (up to and including date of first Time Control check on Sunday 25/10) that are sitting in the in-game multi-player lobby. They may just have been missed in the early season rush or they may indicate that a player has gone AWOL. The player issuing the challenge is named first . . .

Division F
TomoeGozen (Soissons) defeats PepeSlithereine (Sarmation) 65 - 46.
Not fancying my fairly average sub-roman foot going head to head with a load of crazy charging Sarmation lancers (The entire army was lancers!) I beat a hasty retreat to a defensive line between a nice big forest and a nice hill. My warbands filled the flat open space between the two whilst my sub-roman foot cowered on the hill top and tried to avoid eye contact with the lancers...
On my left , in the forest, both sides tried to secretly sneak cavalry through the dense undergrowth to appear behind the enemy . Fortunately for me I had sent more cavalry than the enemy when they blundered in to each other. On the right the Sarmations started to work around my flank amonst the rocks and trees in the hilly ground.
The lancers began charging in , falling back each time after having caused some damage they began to wear me down. Fortunately my cavalry success , and some hidden mediums , in the forest on my left allowed me to flank the Sarmation lancers that were hitting my warbands. This really kicked things off , with lancers starting to fly in from all angles in order to do more damage to me than I was doing to them. In the end I had to abandon my position and go after the horsemen , trying to trap them with flank attacks. The battle now broke up in to lots of little combats all over the battlefield where simple attrition rates allowed my much larger foot units to wear the smaller cavalry units down. It was this difference in unit sizes that made the difference in the end , the Sarmations were simply worn out.
Thanks to PepeSlitherine for a great fight , it was a fascinating battle that could easily have gone the other way.

Re: Biblical: winners post your results here . . .
Thank you. You are too kind. I do agree your point about it being clear when the final game turn is...but actually I think the seed was sown and I was praying for the rng to be on my side....alas it wasn't. I'm actually more concerned about the terrain we were given. I know it's the same for both sides...but with two basic horse armies....in steep hills and ravines? Really? The terrain engine produces beautiful terrain but I think it is often OTT producing unsuitable results: the type of forces should impact more I feel.......but I'm thankful half the map wasn't sea this time. NikiforosFokas (Scythian) defeats IMC (Median), 61-57%. A very lucky, for me, result. The game was a draw until the last round.
ps to Richard.
Having won this one (so nobody can claim that I just whining) allow me to tell that it is unclear (at least it was for me and for Ian (IMC) too) when it is actually the last round. When Ian played his last turn (and the game was still a draw) he had the 0 turn remains. I load the game waiting just to see the end, but i was able to move (and to win it). Probably Ian has every right to complain since if he truly knew that isn't actually the last turn, his moves would be different. So in the next update (and for the Medieval too) please make these indications more clear.
