Game stopped working - black screen

Hello.

I've played this game for quite a long time without (any major) issues. All of a sudden it won't start up. All I get is a back screen when trying to start. No error messages or anything. Tried to verify the game on steam and also reinstalled it. No change.

I'm using OS X 10.11.6 and the normal version of the game in Steam. And it's been working fine until about last week.

I don't know what else to try so please advice.

Try deleting the settings folder. Don't worry; the game will make another one with default settings. Doing this sometimes helps with "black screen" issues.

Thanks bru888, this did work and it plays fine again! Obversely this folder was not deleted with the reinstall then, even my save games were still there.

После 5 минут игры появляется черный экран - видеокарта перестает давать изображение как будто не видит монитора.

I would be very careful with this so as not to delete anything unnecessary. If you were translating with the Google translator, then I would check everything again before deleting something. Usually, for serious purposes, I only use trusted translators like this one https://thewordpoint.com/services/trans ... n-services Google is certainly an indispensable translator for everyday ordinary translations either, and I also use it quite often. But of course, human translation is much more valuable than machine translation.
