Question of Production Queue

Hi,

Suppose I have produced a Tank this turn and it is ready for deployment, but I don't deploy it. Then next turn I get a additional "Tank Attack" research point. Will that Tank when deployed that turn (after I get the additional "Tank Attack" research point) have that research point attached to it or will I have to "Upgrade" it after I deploy it.

You'll have to upgrade it. One thing I always check before building a unit (especially armor, air or naval) is if I'm on the verge of a tech increase. If I am and I can afford to delay the build one or two turns I will in order to get the tech upgrade for "free".
