Faced with a challenging match with terrain not conducive to my lancers and less than stellar infantry, I blocked as well as I could while using archers, skirmishers and flanking lancers to clear out the cav to my right and swing around all the pointy stick heavy foot. My swift and powerful force fell upon his massed archers and poorly armed rabble to great effect. Having such things actually work out once in awhile make this game so rewarding.
