KV2 Bonus unit missing

I just finished my 3rd playtrough of the AO1939 campaign.
First all went fine but the second and third one both had the same issue.
I made the exchange before the Denmark scenario for the KV2 bonus unit (had more then enough CPs) and it didnt appear.
Also made a complete reinstall before playtrough number 3.

Help?

But on my first playtrough i could use it the whole Denmark scenario... is there another trigger or dependency?
