Terrain effects on movement

I have not been able to find a description of this in the manual. Nor could I find a chart on any of the boards. Is that because they are the same as in PC-1?

Note: Movement has been scaled up 10x from PzC1.
So Inf has 30 move points can move 3 hexes.
This allow vehicles to use 8 move points on roads using integer arithmetic.
There comes a time on every project when it is time to shoot the engineer and ship the damn thing.
