I just bought PANZER CORPS 2....Will I be receiving a disk and case of the game?....I like your wargames and would like to obtain the cd and case.

No.
There is a 'Hard Copy' edition with DVD that costs $12 more.
Whether you can upgrade or not I don't know.

You would still have to download updates, so it doesn't make too much sense at this point.
There comes a time on every project when it is time to shoot the engineer and ship the damn thing.

I have a lot more luck installing from a CD of the game...12 buck is not a problem...I ask because I have a lot of their games all on a CD..
