Join the Slitherine 20th Anniversary Tournament for Fantasy General II

As part of Slitherine's 20th Anniversary we will be opening three celebrative tournaments for Fantasy General II, Field of Glory II and Warhammer 40,000: Sanctus Reach.

Starting today, you can sign-up for the Fantasy General II Anniversary Tournament by:

- Either clicking here, logging in your Slitherine account and then clicking on Join under the Tournament you want to join;
- Or directly from inside the game, by clicking on Multiplayer, logging in your Slitherine account, clicking on Tournaments and then on Join.

The first of the three rounds will begin on Monday morning at 8 AM CEST. Each round will last exactly one week. The tournament itself will follow the rules of the Swiss System and will make use of Slitherine's automated PBEM Tournament system. You can read more about it here.

Any way to re-login with Slitherine account, once logged-in with Steam? made that mistake, and now I cannot join the tournament =(.

I just discovered the tournament page which is well done. Glad I am holding my own . I'd love to see this incorporated into the game so we can see real time. We could click on people to add as "friends" or challenge to a MP duel that way too. This is a great game and I'd love for MP to take off. While I'm at it, would love 3 and 4 multi-player games. Maybe instead, have 2 player + multiple AI players. Could do as Co-op or free for all. That way the wait time for the other human players to respond is not any more but you allow for more variety in the matches.

I am sorry to say that, although I have signed up for the Fantasy General tournament, I am unable to play.

When I load the game and try to select the 'Multiplayer' option, it informs me that I need to buy a copy of the game. I wasn't aware of this of this restriction when I signed up and the sign-up process didn't check or ask me.

Apologies for any inconvenience to the organisers and my opponenent.

I'm sad to relate that I gave up on the tournament after after being so discouraged when two Alisa the Blinds produced so many sentinels it was pointless to continue. Maybe this could be changed in future.
