Check Unit(s) near Hex = 0 :arrow: Check Unit(s) near Hex > 0

PS: because of Check Unit(s) near Hex = 0, the German Close Air Support only arrive in turn 4 instead of being present from the beginning. That’s what I found when I played this scenario.
