These two sets of numbers are not supposed to matchup, they are reporting on two entirely different things.

The percentages in the top left of the battle screen are the percentages of each army that have been routed.

The Losses screen gives you the number of men killed and wounded etc in the battle. Routed is not the same as killed etc.

Also, the battle results screen does not give an accurate report on the numbers lost during the battle. It always assumes that more of the losing side are killed and captured in the pursuit after the battle, while many of victorious armys "casualties" return to the army after the battle (ie; slightly wounded men being patched up, deserters returning to the colours, and temporarily captured men being released). The report is designed to give some historical flavour, rather than the numbers of casualties inflicted on both sides during the action.
