This is the second time in little over a week now that you start a new thread about this while there already was a recent existing one on the topic. Creating more threads (or using more question marks in a thread title) is not very likely to get you any positive attention. It makes you look like a toddler slamming his little fists on the table because he's not getting what he wants.

It's his consumer right as a customer to vent. The more people complain, and the louder they complain, the more urgency is given to the issue. It's just how things work, unfortunately.Rhaeg wrote: ↑Fri Sep 18, 2020 6:00 pm This is the second time in little over a week now that you start a new thread about this while there already was a recent existing one on the topic. My advise if you are struggling with updates: Find an alternative. I update and play the game through Steam, and I haven't had a hint of these installer/updates issues.

Shouldn't need to rebuy or refund anything. Slitherine has a system where you can active their games and access it through steam.

It's not exactly a new age problem either.
Back in the day, remember having to scan link after link to find one that downloads/works properly? It's like that in a lot of ways. As then, and is now, find an alternative.

That is my-situation as well!... I have had "No-Problems or Issues" at-all with using 'STEAM'!.Kerensky wrote: ↑Sat Sep 19, 2020 12:30 am

I dimly remember experiencing this pain every time another GC DLC came out for PC1, but I don't remember it being as painful as described here. Maybe things have changed?
Steam has definitely upgraded the experience for me. I gave the PC1 GC another run back in the day when it came out on Steam and it was nice and smooth. I can't imagine going back. I do understand that there are reasons not to use Steam, but I do think it's where the better experience is.
