PC2 Victory Path

I cannot get on the victory path when the tree branches off Stalingrad. I don't get the option to play Along the Volga. My only option is Escape from Stalingrad which is the losing path. As far as I know, I am capturing all victory and bonus hexes in Moscow and Stalingrad and have 28300 in prestige when Moscow falls, and 34200 when Stalingrad falls. I am playing on the beginner level. Do I needs to win those scenarios in a certain amount of turns?

You need to win the bonus objectives in Moscow as well, to later be able to access the winning path at Stalingrad.
