PzC2 - New Player - Why no multiple air attcks

In Order of Battle, and SM Blitzkrieg - many air units can attack the same target but not in PzC2 - why is that? Or am I mistaken?

In order to attack a ground target you have to place aircraft into the same hex. Multiple attacks are possible with certain heroes (double move or double attack).

Ok thanks for that info - not as good as being able to attack a tank or a fort with a half dozen Stukas like in OoB or Blitzkrieg however

Half a dozen Stukas would be difficult to field anyway, they are not exactly cheap and require fighters to babysit them.
