Original Game version the same if bought new now?

Hi, I have had my version of Pike & Shot Campaigns since its release 5 years ago.
If I bought the Disc today would it be the same version as 5 years ago and require all the upgrades or would it be ready to go with maybe just the latest upgrade?

The updates are always comprehensive, you only need to install the last one.
Downloading and installing from your account or installing via a disc is just a question of convenience if you've a bad Internet connection.
