Renaming armies.

Renaming an army, saving, switching to loading another empire, then loading the original again causes the army to have no name, and further can't be given a new name.
There are 10 kind of hard problems in computer science, naming, cache invalidations and off-by-one errors.

Can you reproduce the issue, because I got no issue in my try.
