Run into this issue on the Endsieg/Vyazma 44 scen with a Ju tac. bomber:
An imported air unit can be deployed inside of airstrips free of charge!
(Only after deployment phase)

I haven't tested this further, but my best guess would be that this also happens with imported planes placed directly inside carriers or even recons inside (larger) warships...

Please look into this!

Can confirm the airstrip thing, yeah, pretty neat way to save RP, which should be fixed.
