Deep Pike Bonus

I haven't been on the forum in a while, but last I checked, the Deep Pike bonus for phalanx units is disabled by Stream terrain, right? Deep Pike is conditioned on open terrain, which streams specifically say are Not Open.

So why (FoG: Empires export battle) am I seeing this pike getting the Deep Pike bonus of +85 while standing right in a stream?

It would appear that deep pike IMPACT POA needs open ground, but MELEE POA only requires not disrupted or disordered.

As pompeytheflatulent points out, that only applies to Impact, not Melee.
