Muslim Indian list

Does anyone know if there are plans, or even a proposed prototype for this list?
I collected this one for DBM and had some great fun with it.

If I wanted to legitimize it for casual play are there any guidelines for converting the WRG lists?

It is coming out I believe in the Asian lists later this year. Empires of the Dragon.
