v1.3.3+DLC - Possible buglet

I select a land unit.

If I RCLICK, it takes the quickest LAND SEA route to the destination region.

If I SHFT-RCLICK, it takes the quickest LAND ONLY route to the destination region.

If I SHFT-RCLICK, it takes the quickest LAND SEA route to the targeted stack (friendly or enemy). I thing the behavior in this case should also be quickest LAND ONLY.

And further the reinforcements for a stack tends to move through unfriendly regions, which is also a "feature/buglet".
