Fragmented Skirmishers
Something I've been noticing for a while - is it intentional that fragmented foot skirmishers cannot pass through friendly units? I figure it must be, since I'm sure it would have been noticed before now otherwise, but it feels odd and makes it difficult to impossible to extract a fragged skirmisher from in front of an infantry advance (not to mention breaking up or delaying your main line). In IRL terms, I don't know why increased disorder would prevent the skirmishers from passing through, especially as routed skirmishers can do so just fine. Is it purely due to the reduced movement points of a fragmented unit?

Re: Fragmented Skirmishers
If that is the case, is it intentional that fragmented skirmishers are unable to pass through? I believe even if they start directly in front of a heavy unit on open ground they will still be unable to pass through.
Re: Fragmented Skirmishers
If the lights are fragmented, their AP is halved from 12 to 6 while passing through friendly formation costs 8 AP. Perhaps it's deliberate to make passing costs that much to prevent the lights too slippery.

There are no additional passing through costs, they just have to pay the normal costs for moving 2 squares. 6 isn't enough.
