"strenght" in Units.csv

What does this parameter do? I see it's 100 for every unit.

It is something you can create understrenght or overstrenght if it is 100, you get a 10 unit. if it is 150, you get a 15 oversize. Not used by default, and, IF I am correct

Doesn't seem to be the case: I tried and there was no change ingame. Neither setting it to 50 changed anything.
