Enemy AI won't attack

After finishing the Spanish Civil War campaign, I started the Afrika Korps campaign (to fill in on what I missed while I concentrated on the Eastern Front). After the second scenario (in #3, Crusader), the enemy AI stopped advancing its units, only attacking adjacent enemy units. The "battle outcome predictor" mouse-over icon also disappeared, except for an adjacent enemy unit. The same continues in the following scenario (Gazala), and actually also when I started the Sicilian campaign (which is definitely not very challenging when the enemy is immobile ;D). Any ideas?

Reboot your machine.
If that doesn't work, delete and reinstall PzC2

Deleting the cache under MyGames and/or AppData worked!
