Help with Scenario Briefings......

Hello all. I have completed a scenario on June 6th, 1944, have play tested it at least 10 times and it seems balanced to a fault. I am now at a loss as to how to create the scenario briefings and mission objective (there is only the player with the most vp points at turn end wins) I have viewed multiple threads on it but still cant wrap my head around it......Any thoughts as to how to progress? I was able to create the Campaign name and the scenario name through trial and error at this point.
Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated
