Druid covenants are good buildings if you play celtic.
However, its upgrade is a little confusing. It only costs you 100 infra and each will earn you 0.5 legacy point per turn.
It says the druids decide to hold a ceremony, maybe it's the reason why its upgrade will turn back to the original druid covenant several turns later.

I have experienced something frustrating. I built druid covenant:fetility ceremony, which turned back to the original form at the same turn. I can see the building completed icon, but couldn't find it.
In my opinion, it is better for the ceremony to last at least one turn(or 2 turns).

By the way, how long does the ceremony last on average?
