Hello, where can you change the cost of over-strength or where is the data for it stored?

This is the wrong subforum for this question, Tech Support if for computer/software issues where the the game isn't working.

In the games Data directoy the Rules.json file:
"max_overstr": 5,
"overstr_slots_cost": 100,
There comes a time on every project when it is time to shoot the engineer and ship the damn thing.
