Campaign Map

Post by Keith »

Just thought I'd keep you all up to date on a small campaign we are having at our club , I'm trying to lure some players away from DBA for a few 600 point games.
Here is the map at the start. ( The Galatian Camp is symbolized by the two shields , just waiting for the other players to let me know where their camp is.)

We have a Late Roman , some Gauls , Galatians and Macedonians , so a bit of a mix but not wildly out of period.

It's just an excuse to get a few games in and have some fun , and introduce some new players to the game.

I'm running the Galatians , we are invading territory 6 from 8 this turn.

Nice old map flavor. Do you use the map terrain for anything? Region type? Recruitment?

We are using very simple campaign rules, but you could add more detail via the map and set the terrin types for each sector etc , but we are just using the campaign as an excuse to play more games of FOG and have a little but hanging on the outcome of each battle.

Simple rules here.
