Crash at the end of Sealion scenario

I played the Sealion 1943 scenario as part of the 1939 Campaign game and had a crash after I achieved victory on the 20th turn and pressed continue after the victory screen(See Below). I submitted the report via the send option that described the error log. I did want to let you know that after I reloaded the 20th turn autosave and executed the exact same steps to achieve victory it worked fine. Not sure why it did work when I completed it the first time:
