Is it possible to advance your corp. from Spanish civil war to the Poland campaign in the base campaign game?
Re: corp advance
No that's not possible - although modding it as an option may be possible. If not yet then in the future.
Re: corp advance
But You may advance your corp from DLC1 to DLC2. Like in Grand Campaign in PzC1.
Panzer Corps 2 is the most ahistorical game in the history of WW2 games

I doubt the devs will ever implement that themselves......Snake97644 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 16, 2020 4:22 amI hope the developers could add that in the future, not sure how much work that would take.
However in PC1 is was quite strait forward to add scenarios onto a campaign, a bit more complex (IIRC) to add the ability to load a core within a non GC campaign but still doable in a fashion. So there is hope.

Re: corp advance
I tried it by creating a separate campaign folder, and modding the script.lua to add an entry point for spain, and setting up the spain entry point via copy/pasting the spanish entry point script.
Works fine for me. But I didnt get much of value from it. Probably because its early days. I'd wait for a few more DLC before daisy chaining them into one huge campaign.

A side note, editing the campaign path only works for a new campaign.
When you start a campaign the path is locked in, like the order in which you get heroes.
Each DLC is separate campaign, so editing their paths between DLCs is possible.

There comes a time on every project when it is time to shoot the engineer and ship the damn thing.
