Possible bug re-exporting the battle to Fields of Glory II

When playing as Rome in the Persian scenario, I am finding this to happen:

If there is a battle on land, but there is a naval force present in the same region as a garrison, I am not being allowed the option of exporting the battle to Fields of Glory II.

The export option is greyed out and I get the pop up 'export not available for naval battles', despite this being a standard land battle.

Anyone else having this issue? I have only encountered this while playing as Rome btw.
