I purchased the game back on Feb 14, 2020. Then read on the Matrix site you could upgrade to a physical copy. I purchase Panzer Corps 2 Field Marshal Edition. Is the free physical copy still available to me, I know I have to pay shipping. Thank you

For the foreseeable future, nobody is allowed into the Epsom office due to Covid so we don't have access to the duplicating machines and printing resources. Once things change then we'll be able to tackly the backlog. At this time we don't have any idea when this will be. sorry for the inconvenience.

If you have pre-ordered from Steam, the answer I'm afraid is no.
The free physical copy was just for those who purchased the game (and ticked the option for the physical copy) from our store.
