Cant install game - disc error

Chronological:

Bought Field of Glory: Empires and installed it. Worked very fine thou I never started a game. Then I found out, there is Field of Glory II.

Bought the complete version and wanted to install. Doesnt work, Steam tells me its a disc error.

I tried uninstall Field of Glory: Empire and tried to install Field of Glory II again. Still disc error.

Now I tried to install Field of Glory: Empire again and even this doesnt work now. Both games show me a Disc Error in Steam when trying to install them. Are there some Game Folders or Files left I need to delete to completely erase the game and try to fresh install?
